Water Fitness introduction:
Aqua Fitness adjusts the exercise intensity and rhythm according to different needs of students. Through the water fitness exercises we can train the muscular strength and endurance, also with cardio exercises. The water buoyancy can reduce the joint load and reduce the chance of sports injury. All water fitness class handle by female coaches, all coaches have Hydro-Fitness instructor certificate of Physical Fitness Association of Hong Kong China, also coaches have been participated in Hong Kong Aqua Fitness competition. The class is in the shallow water area, even if you don’t know swimming, all of you can participate in this water fitness class!
Applicable of water fitness class:
- Women aged 16 or over
- People who don't know how to swim or all level swimmer
- Interested in participating in the water fitness competition
- Afraid of swimming and ready to learn swimming
- People with body pain
